Can I take a man to court for calling me a bi**h and a c*^t? I was dropping my daughters of at school and I was just partially parked in the sidewalk and a man walked by and said “People like to use the sidewalk, bi**h.” I didnt reply and when he walked back by my car again he said “C*^t” Is there any laws against that. My 9 yr old daughter was in the car with me.
