I reported sexual harassment about a co-worker whom was making advances towards me and calling me on my home and cell phone at all hours outside of work and emailing me at work and making lewd comments to me when we were alone. I notified the manager and made a formal complaint. Nothing ever came of it. 4 months later a newly hired co-worker made lewd drawings of me and left them in my employee mailbox, I notified the manager again and nothing was done. Both times I made formal written complaints. The next day after the second complaint I was demoted from my position as manager and advised that my vacation time was cancelled with no substantiated evidence except that the manager told me that my harasser was now going to have my new job and that I was going to have a pay cut and transfer of location. I was also I have since contacted an attorney to file a civil case against my employer. what advice if any can you offer me? I have not quit my job and still go to work as scheduled evryday
