fmla rules/laws while on maternity leave ?

I need the help of an attorney or fmla expert. I have been being harrassed by management for quite some time. I have been at the same company for almost seven years but a little over a year ago we were bought out by another company. Right now however I am on maternity leave and recieved a call from h.r. last friday telling me that they have filled my position at the office I have been at all of this time and that I will have to go to another office. This is after they told me before I went on maternity leave that I would be able to return to my office. I told them no. She then said that if I refuse to go to the other office that I am terminating my own employment (quitting). I live in Kansas, can they do this? There have been several other problems with them, what can I do? Thanks!
also, the office that i would be sent to is on a completley different computer system and i would have to be retrained like a new hire and i have not even been told what “position” i would be in.

Does it count as disability if my doctor says I can work 1/2 days?

So my Dr just wrote a note for my work that says I can only work 1/2 days (4 hrs per day). Does my work have to follow the dr’s orders or can they just terminate my position? Will I qualify for long term disability? I am pregnant and have a heart condition, so I will eventually come back to work (10 months later). My company does NOT employee 50 or more employees so I am nervous that becuase they dont fall into the FMLA guidelines they will just terminate me.

a harmless bit of slap and tickle. A pat on the ass is not rape for God sake if anything it should be taken as a compliment. Why do these women have to make such a fuss about something so inconsequential. Is it simply a money making tactic?
