hi i was dismissed from my cleaning job without notice i walked in one day and she told me i was being dismissed straight away the reason being she said i wasn’t doing my job properly but i hadn’t any proper training and only just got told what i should be doing and i didn’t get chance to show her as she dismissed me can she do that or have i been unfairly dismissed?

I just started a new job in early Novemer. Around thanksgiving I found out I was pregnant. The HR is pretty strict at my job and I am worried they will not allow any maternity leave because I have not been her the 12 months that the FMLA states. Will I lose my job if I take time off to have my baby?

i work at a nursery ive been there a year, been told today that their isn’t any more hours going during the week even though im part time contracted shes said shes giving me 4 weeks notice, surely that’s not fair, any advice please
