Depends, really. I mean, if he legitimately didn’t mean to touch you then I wouldn’t consider it sexual harassment. And if it was in a non-sexual area and he was only kidding then I still wouldn’t consider it sexual harassment.

I mean, unless you’re just hatefully spiteful of the guy then reporting him for stuff like that is unnecessary, and would probably just make the situation worse than it has to be.

But if he touched you and meant it in a sexually harassing way (meaning he wasn’t kidding or it was intentional in a sexual region [meaning he didn't accidentally lift his hand and touch your chest]) then yeah, I’d consider even simple body contact like that sexual harassment.

But again, this is a big claim to be making, and you want to be completely sure you either hate him enough or he’s guilty before you make such a claim. This is a career/life ruining kind of deal, and he could get registered as a sex offender over claims like this.

So I’d make sure you were fully conscious of the situation and the account of both parties before making such a claim.

Any unwelcome contact, whether intentional or not can be determined sexual harassment.

It depends on the intent of the bodily contact. Was this person touching someone in a sexual way or was it a pat on the back for a job well done….
